The black community reflects on its legacy, challenges and triumphs. Indiana Black Expo has embodied that mindset celebrating black culture, recognizing achievement and addressing issues that impact quality of life for African Americans.  Indiana motorists of all races, nationalities and persuasions proudly affix the IBE plate to their cars, trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles to voice support of our mission while expressing pride in the rich heritage of African Americans locally, across the country and internationally.

The $25 fee is tax deductible and IBE license plates may be purchased at any BMV location or online at www.in.gov/bmv.  Contributions from license plate sales support IBE year-round youth and family programs in each of the 12 chapter cities which include South Bend, Anderson, Fort Wayne, Elkhart, Lafayette, Muncie, Indianapolis, East Chicago, Michigan City, Gary, Kokomo, and Evansville.. These programs include college scholarships, and family health initiatives.
